For Contract Staffing Services

If you are not satisfied with a Legal Search Solutions contract employee within the first 4 hours of an assignment, simply notify us before the end of the 4 hour period. We will remove the employee immediately and you will not be charged for the time the contract employee worked.

If a candidate placed by Legal Search Solutions leaves a permanent position without just cause before 90 to 180 days from the candidate’s initial start date (length varies depending upon skill level), we will provide a pro-rata refund of the placement fee.
